How will the driver come to my door if I live in an apartment?
If a driver needs help getting into your building, they will call you. To help your driver bring you your order quickly, you can add delivery instructions in the during the booking experience.
How does delivery work?
We partner with local, third-party drivers to bring your order right to your event, whether it's a house, a park, or a venue. When the time comes, our drivers gather the items in your order and place them on our vehicles. Once we dispatch the items, you will receive a tracking link through your text-enabled number or email on file to know when they arrive. Do you offer pickup/will call?
We like to call it Self-pickup. Please note, when selecting dispatch method, your order must be below the $300 delivery minimum. Do you offer breakdown/takedown service?
Rental items must be knocked down and stacked in a secure, covered area for pickup. Takedown service can be added at checkout for a flat fee only.
Do you offer prior-day delivery?
Yes, simply set the dispatch date of your event for the day before.
How do you want the equipment prepared for pickup? Do we stack them a certain way?

Do you setup and breakdown the rental products?

What is Rush Service?
Worried about time? As a modern event service, we make it easier for you to get your order when you want it. Simply add Rush to your order and select a 1-hour time slot & we’ll be sure to dispatch (or pick up) the items within that timeframe.
I’d like different parts of my order to deliver to different addresses (i.e. to my commissary). How can I note this on my order?
While our online ordering system does not currently support this feature, our Customer Service Team will be happy to help!
Weddings: Can you move the items from the ceremony to the reception?
