Do I need to clean/launder my linens prior to return?
Non-specialty linens (Black, Ivory, White) and hangers must be placed in a plastic bag or box, unwashed. ("Renter") acknowledges that damaged specialty linens including, but not limited to; burns, wax, or any type of adhesives will be billed a replacement fee of approximately $30 each. Unreturne

Can I place a linen-only order?
Yes, you can place a linen-only order the same way you would do it with other products. It is currently available through all of our dispatch methods, but we suggest choosing self pick-up for a cost-effective experience.
Do you only work with event professionals?
We are proud to work with clients of all backgrounds on their special events of any size.

What are specialty linens?
Specialty linens are purchased rentals, these typically include any color besides black, ivory or white and do not need to be returned back to us, therefore, they can only be purchased up to 10 days prior to the dispatch date and are ineligible for a refund.
